TEMPTING TUNA PITA POCKETS



You can bank on canned tuna, crunchy apples and raisins to make a sandwich that's mouthwatering and money-saving.

In a medium bowl mix raisins, tuna, apple, celery and onions. Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry, salt and pepper; blend thoroughly. Line each pita half with lettuce leaves; stuff with tuna mixture, dividing equally.
